Our Construction Rigging program is a 2 day course designed to assist riggers, experienced, to safely hoist loads with tower and mobile cranes in a construction setting.
Topics of study and evaluation include:
• Regulations and Responsibilities
• Rigging Inspections and Maintenance
• Pre Lift Planning
• Calculating Sling Angles
• Rigging "Safe Practices"
• Calculate Crane Capacity
• Communication Skills
This program is one day of in-class theory and practical application with a hands-on component available upon request.
Rigging "Safe Practices" prepares a worker to inspect rigging to acceptable standards and perform rigging "Safe Practices" in a variety of construction related situations.
